    • check field membrane for cracks or other signs of weathering/aging. Patch as necessary.
    • check all vertical and field seams and joints, patch any showing signs of failures.
    • check all flashings, patch and seal (or reseal) to ensure extended waterproofing.
    • check all drains and scuppers, patch and seal to ensure extended waterproofing.
    • remove dirt/debris buildup to ensure proper drainage and membrane longevity.
    • note any areas of negative slope or standing water (“ponding”) and provide recommendations for correction.
    • apply (or reapply) reflective topcoating.
