Since then, Spencer has had experience with almost every kind of roofing challenge and is an expert on the roof contracting process, installation, and repairs for both big commercial jobs and every size of residential roof. In 2006, Spencer graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and later went to grad school at the University of Utah and earned an MBA in 2013. Coupled with his ability to speak fluent Spanish and run a business, Spencer became uniquely positioned in the construction industry to be able to effectively communicate with, train and lead his crews to install consistent quality roof applications.
Spencer recently expanded the family business to California and now independently owns and manages a branch of Pioneer Roofing Company with his business partner Dustin in San Diego. He aims to maintain the same consistent quality, customer service, and prompt professionalism that Pioneer has always embodied for customers in the Golden State!
